Please let your screen printer order the blank t-shirts and sweatshirts

We normally do not accept customer-supplied garments. However, recently a fellow church parishioner asked us to screen print on some shirts she found “on sale” at a local Michaels outlet. She wanted to offer an inexpensive gift to the members of a church group. The price she paid for the shirts was comparable to our wholesale pricing, so it was hard to argue with her bargain and we agreed to do the job at costs.

However, in the No Good Deed Goes Unpunished Department, an unforeseen issue arose. The shirts had stickers on them. These were the size indicator stickers and stickers marketing the features of the shirts. So now for a job we agreed to do at cost, we had double the labor because we had to peel each sticker off of the shirts. Then, when the shirts went through the drier immediately after being printed, the residual adhesive from the stickers dried out under the high heat and pulled strips of the front of the shirt into a wrinkled pattern. Aaaaargh!

When we order shirts from our suppliers, they arrive ready to print. That ensures the outcome you want — high quality custom printed t-shirts.
