Looking for a great way to reward staff and incentivize particular behaviors among staff and volunteers? Embroidered corporate logo wear fills that niche nicely.
The U.S. Postal Service came to us looking for a way to reward employees for safe driving. They had an idea to recognize this achievement by creating a Million Mile Club. Staff who had driven one million miles with no collisions are rewarded with a beautiful embroidered letterman jacket, with the USPS logo embroidered on the left chest and the Million Mile Club logo embroidered on the left sleeve.
So what’s the impact among the staff? By choosing a nice quality jacket, the Postal Service creates demand among its letter carriers. By offering the jacket as a reward for “good behavior” on the roads, the USPS is hoping that its carriers will take some extra care while behind the wheel.
How expensive is this? Not that much. How expensive is it to fix a mail van that has been in a collision, plus any related injuries? We’re not sure what the cost of that would be, but we are sure the sum would FAR exceed the price of our jacket!
So think about promotional apparel and logo wear when considering employee incentives. When done right, you are generating pride in your organization from within while marketing your brand to the outside world.

Yes. We have several USPS facilities that have purchased these jackets and other styles from us. The request must come from a USPS employee and from a USPS.gov e-mail address.
