Something to consider when buying custom embroidered shirts is whether the fabric is a good match for your organization’s embroidered logo. Usually this is not an issue. However, some embroidered logos with very dense stitch patterns will cause puckering around the logo on some fabrics. For example, if you like the 100% polyester dri-mesh moisture-wicking sorts of fabrics and your logo is thin and and dispersed, such as one fast food company’s golden arches, it would probably come out fine. However, that same exact shirt would probably pucker a little around another fast food company’s logo involving a taco and a bell at about 3″ in height.
I’m In Stitches works with our clients to share these challenges up front so that you can make educated decisions about how to maximize your image through logo wear.
